Buongiorno
a tutti!
pranzo a tema estate/mare.
Ed eccolo qui: granchi ripieni di
trota J
L’occorrente:
-riso
-salmone o trota
-carote
-sedano
-anacardi
Mentre
A mio figlio è piaciuto moltissimo.
Spero vi sia
piaciuta la mia ricetta veloce J

Hello
everyone!
It’s
Friday again and summer is almost over. Here in Italy the weather is perfect
now: sunny but a little windy. Love it!
These
days people are at the seaside for the last bathe of the season or just came
back home, so I wanted to realize a summer/sea lunch.
And
here it is: crabs filled with trout at the sea J
You’ll
need:
-rice
-salmon
or trout
-carrots
-celery
-cashew
nuts
While cooking the fish in a pan, wash the rice and
cook it in Japanese style in a rice cooker. Cut the carrots and celery in
pieces.
When the fish and the rice are ready take a (clen!) sand
toy – I used a crab shaped one- and fill it with some rice, then add a little
bit of fish in the middle and cover it with other rice.
Put the furikake on the plate to look like sand, then
add carrots, celery and cashew nuts and in the end the rice crab. This is really funny for the kids.
My little boy loved it!
Hope you enjoyed this quick recipe J
Ciao ciao,
michela
